This article examines the continuity of Amir Temur’s state governance traditions in the context of modern reforms in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the political, legal, and social aspects of the “Temur’s Code” (Temur Tuzuklari), as well as their conceptual transformation in the process of building the Third Renaissance. Special attention is given to the principles of justice, meritocracy, and diplomacy as the foundation of New Uzbekistan.
